Heat top Cavs; LeBron James, Dwyane Wade score 21 apiece

Miami Heat forward LeBron James didn't dominate his former team Wednesday as he did when he faced the Cleveland Cavaliers for the first time
Dec. 2.
But the atmosphere was far more serene than in Cleveland, where fans had months of pent-up anger and frustration waiting for James.
BOX SCORE: Miami 101, Cavaliers 95
"It's definitely not as high of emotions as it was in Cleveland," James said before the game.
The result, however uninspired on Miami's behalf, was another victory, 101-95, the Heat's 10th consecutive win and Cleveland's ninth consecutive
loss. Miami hasn't lost since beating Cleveland 118-90 two weeks ago. The Cavaliers haven't won since.
Heat guard Dwyane Wade scored 21 of his game-high 28 points in the second half, and James had 21 points, 13 rebounds and five assists.
Heat fans — the handful in their seats at tip-off — let James know he is welcome here when his former Cavaliers team came calling. Mild boos for
the Cavs was about as much vitriol as Miami fans could muster in December, but lots of cheers for James.
There were no hugs between opposing players this time and not much talking, either.
Maybe the lack of emotion contributed to Miami's lackluster first half. James had 13 points, forward Chris Bosh had 12 and Wade had seven, but
the Cavaliers led 49-46 at the break.
Miami came up short in its bid to tie an NBA record of 10 wins in a row by double-digit margins.
"We'll take the win. … We know we can play better and be more focused and be more committed to a higher standard," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said.
The win sets up an anticipated Heat-New York Knicks game Friday at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks (16-10) lost 118-116 to the Boston
Celtics on Wednesday but have won 13 of their past 15. Floor seats — next to Spike Lee possibly? — were on sale for $52,000 at stubhub.com.
Adding more allure: free agent James spurned the Knicks."It can't be worse than what I had in Cleveland," he said.
