Dwyane Wade, Heat vs Lakers 2010 Christmas Day Game Update
Dwayne Wade was in the Heat vs Lakers 2010 Christmas Day Game, and with an injured knee he was expected to be slow and sluggish. However, that's not how everything went down. The Heat beat the Lakers, who are the reigning NBA Champions.

No matter how you view the Wade-Bryant comparison, there is very little separating them. Because of that, I’m going to set both players aside for the balance of this discussion. The nuances of one over the other are insignificant compared to the remaining players on both teams.


Admittedly, Miami doesn’t have a complete roster since signing the big three. To the best of my knowledge, the only players on board are LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Zydrunas Ilguaskas, Udanis Haslem, Mike Miller, Mario Chalmers, Joel Anthony, James Jones and rookie, Dexter Pittman. Certainly rookies, Jarvis Varnado and Da’Sean Butler will be signed and almost certainly will hold down part of the bench.
Dwyane Wade played with a lot of passion - and although he only received 18 points and 6 assists, the Lakers didn't really seem interested in guarding him.

In fact, the Lakers played as if they lacked any drive to win. If this were the playoffs, my money would be on the Heat! After all, they have LeBron, Dwyane Wade, and many other great players.
