Stefano Tonchi’s November issue of W magazine is complete and on its way to newsstands near you and boy, are you in for a treat. Kim Kardashian covers the issue with an incredibly provocative and titillating image: the reality television mega star naked, with her lady parts covered by a bright red tagline by artist Barbara Kruger. It reads, “It’s all about me / I mean you / I mean me.”
We’ll let that sink in for a bit because it’s — in a word — awesome.
Kruger is known for her visceral (and obviously visual) commentary on feminism and consumerism. It’s worth noting that she often pulled the images for her work from mainstream fashion magazines. How very meta. (One of her more well known pieces can be seen in the third image in the gallery.)
Lynn Hirschberg’s cover story on Kardashian hasn’t been posted yet, but we suspect it’ll be a doozy. (You may remember Hirschberg from the infamous M.I.A. / truffle fry brouhaha.)
But even more titillating than the cover (and cover story potential), are the alleged shoot outtakes Egotastic and Celebuzz have posted. The images feature Kardashian in the full-blown buff, covered with silver paint up to her neck. We’ve published them in the gallery below (images 4 and 5). Needless to say, they’re not safe for work.W’s November 2010 issue is deemed as “art” by the publication. Who knew that so many guys out there are art enthusiasts?

The sexy picture on the cover is just a little taste of what’s to come when you actually open up the magazine, and I’d be willing to bet that you’ll be so fixated on the photos you will almost forget there is an article included with the spread.
I think KK is one of the only females on the planet that can so provocatively bare it all, and yet still manage to blend it with an element of classiness… It’s no wonder that Justin Bieber wants Kim to be his girlfriend. Seriously, what guy doesn’t?
In other news –the Kardashian sisters were living it up in a nightclub in New York City recently when a jealous girlfriend threw her drink at Kim after she took a picture with her boyfriend. As you would expect the claws came out, and Khloe immediately rushed to her sister’s defense, and in the scuffle her pricey wedding ring slipped off her finger and slid across the club’s floor. According to reports, she wasn’t to proud to get on her hands and knees to search for the ring, and after a while finally found it. Soon after the confrontation the Kardashian crew pulled off in taxicabs. FYI: they were shooting their reality show, and certainly this incident made for good television. Which makes you wonder…
It’s been rumored that she apparently had regretted doing the Playboy shoot with speculation that she didn’t get enough for the photos, she was 15 pounds heavier in the pics and that she didn’t want to do them in the first place, it was all her mom’s doing. But what makes the “W” pics art vs. the Playboy pics. Couldn’t those be called “art” too? It’s it because one is for a men’s mag and one is for fashion?And she is pretty darn naked in W, when she has kids of her own will she tell them about her nudie mag shoots. Will she be a prude or proud?
